This year, the theme for Women’s History Month is “Women Providing Healing, Promoting Hope”. One of the ways to provide healing and promote hope is by empowering women to share their stories and experiences.

Come listen to poet Alejandra Ramos Gomez as she discusses her experiences with using poetry and spoken word as a method for self-empowerment. She will also be reciting some of her work from her debut bilingual poetry book, Imperfecta.
